Welcome to our Pricing page. Our prices vary depending on what your wants and needs are. There are a lot of variables that have to go into each customers specific request. We deal not only with price of engraving items but there is also design of the graphic, number of graphics, are we building the item you need engraved (like a flag, box, award, etc), painting, sealing, do we have to take your item apart, minutes or hours of work on project, setup, is the item a rushed order or standard. As much as we would love to add price sheet to our website, it is just not feasible. Thank you for your understanding.

No Returns or Refunds:
- Products: Each of our products are made to order, tailored to your specifications. This means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
- Quality Check: We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to guarantee it meets our high quality standards. We do not ship or hand over any items to you as the customer with defects.
- Report Issues Immediately: When items are shipped, there are unforeseen issues that can occur in the hands of the shipping company. If your item arrives damaged take pictures immediately, before opening the product, and after opening the product, for proof of damage. If the product differs in anyway from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours. We'll evaluate the situation and strive to resolve it quickly.
