First of all, I would like to thank the staff at inspired laser engraving. Their customer service was amazing. They listened to what we wanted and how we wanted it. Their communication was above par, ensuring that their product came out exactly how we wanted it. And because this was for the death of our dog, which we loved so much, They made sure to make it extra special for us and didn’t even charge us for it. The packaging came in alone, showed how much they care for their customers. Our memorial pack that we had them make Didn’t just come in a bag and handed to us, It came in a box in which they laser engraved a special message to us that really touched our hearts. I would highly recommend anybody that’s looking for something special, To use this company. Just the experience alone was something to recognize about this company. Thank you again Kasey and Sheila and inspired laser engraving for making the loss of our pup very memorable to us. We will always recommend you to any and all of our friends and family. Keep doing what you’re doing because we don’t get many companies anymore that truly care about the customer!!!!!

I will forever be using them for any of my customers made items going forward! The quality is amazing and holds up as well! Kasey was so wonderful and caring toward my recent loss. The memorial that he put together for me was so beautiful and special. You can tell that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I got a call from him 2 weeks after our transaction was complete, just to check in and see how I was doing and to make sure that everything was ok with the work that his company had done for me. I 100% recommend Inspired Laser Engraving and their people. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful company to deal with. We don’t see that kind of Customer service and loyalty anymore.
