    • Products: Each of our products are made to order, tailored to your specifications. This means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
    • Quality Check: We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to guarantee it meets our high quality standards. We do not ship or hand over any items to you as the customer with defects.   
    • Report Issues Immediately: When items are shipped, there are unforeseen issues that can occur in the hands of the shipping company. If your item arrives damaged take pictures immediately, before opening the product, and after opening the product, for proof of damage. If the product differs in anyway from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours. We'll evaluate the situation and strive to resolve it quickly.
